From Summer Sparks to Year-Round Journeys: Why We’re Launching TNP365

At GenWise, we’ve always held this belief: gifted and advanced learners deserve more. More than repetition. More than “extra worksheets.” More than being told to “wait for the rest of the class to catch up.”
Over the past decade, we’ve had the privilege of working with hundreds of bright students in India and the UAE. Through residential summer programs, online courses, and short intensives, we’ve seen what happens when a bright 12-year-old is finally given the right challenge, the right peers, and the right mentors. They light up. Their questions become bolder, their thinking deeper, their joy unmistakable.
But every year, at the end of those programs, parents and students would ask us:
“This was transformative. But now what? Our usual life seems a lot less interesting now. Do we go back to the same classroom routine, waiting for next summer?”
We’ve sat with that question for the last few months. We talked to a lot of students, parents and schools, and wondered: What if we could nurture talented every week of the year, in partnership with families and schools, without adding to the burden of fragmented tuitions?
Why TNP365
Gifted students often struggle in our education system. Schools do their best, but they are designed for the median child, and often busy ensuring that no child is left behind. Parents often know less than the child, and so are unable to keep up with their child’s curiosity. The only options available to parents for nurturing their child are often competitive exam tracks (olympiad preparation, foundation for IIT-JEE and NEET, or other similar exams). These represent a very real danger of eroding the joy of learning for a young child.
Research shows that the middle years, ages 10-14, are a critical window. Students at this age can already handle ideas two or more years ahead, but more importantly, they are forming habits of mind, identity, and aspiration. If we don’t identify and nurture advanced students at this age, they learn to fit themselves to the “normal” expectation of growth. That is lost potential.
TNP365 is our response: a year-round talent nurturing program that provides the depth, pace, peers, and mentors these learners need.
A Different Kind of Program
This is not another coaching class.
It is a carefully designed journey where:
- Concepts matter more than cramming. Students explore the core subjects of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English through big ideas, models, and investigations. Not rote drill.
- Peers lift each other up. A cohort of gifted learners interacts weekly, finding community instead of isolation.
- Mentors guide with care. Experienced subject experts lead Mentor Hours, supported by trained TAs, to strike the right balance between stretch and support.
- Wellbeing is non-negotiable. Calibrated workloads, flexible deadlines, and support for Parents ensure growth without burnout.
- The path continues. We commit to supporting successful students into their high school, connecting them up with advanced projects, residential programs, and capstones. This helps them translate talent into early expertise.
The Next Step in Our Journey
For us at GenWise, TNP365 is not a “new product.” It is the natural next step in a journey that began years ago when we first saw how gifted students responded to challenge. Every iteration, from short online quests to summer intensives, has taught us something. This program gathers those lessons and extends them across the full year, every year.
We begin with a small cohort in October 2025, so that we can give each child the attention they deserve. Our promise is simple: to create a space where gifted students don’t just cope with school, but thrive as learners and human beings.
Teachers, parents, and school leaders: if you share our conviction that gifted potential must not be left to chance, we invite you to walk this next step of the journey with us.
