TNP Science – Energy and its Transformations
About Course
Science – Energy and its Transformations
Mentor: Dr. Siddharth Bharath
In this module of TNP-Science, students will follow energy as it flows through devices, bodies and ecosystems. When the mixer says 750 W, what does that really mean—and where does that energy go when you make juice? Why does a bouncing ball eventually come to rest, and why can’t you charge your phone just by shaking it?
Across 5 sessions, students will learn to trace energy through real situations, spot where it changes form, and understand why energy is never created or destroyed—only converted and spread out. They will keep returning to two core questions: “Where did the energy come from?” and “Where did it end up?”
