Teachers definitely need exposure to these tools, as many in the teaching community still do not use them. They may hesitate to modify content or teaching methods, perceiving it as time-consuming. However, these sessions can help enhance efficiency and streamline lesson preparation.

The classes are very interactive and useful, but I really love the assignments because there is lots to experiment and learn. Assignments are absolutely fun, wonderful - these diversify the way we think about a particular concept and help us connect better with different approaches students take.

Ms. Sowmya is doing a great job in imparting the knowledge to the educators... She is very interactive and highly accommodative during the sessions based on the teachers' requirements. I always felt comfortable to share my opinions and thoughts during the sessions. My approach and methods of
teaching Math in primary has improved a lot because of Ms. Sowmya.

We got to know how you need to explain fraction operations - taking 1 or 2 extra periods to go into this more deeply is worth it. The learning becomes more effective and helps students to move faster as they go ahead. Otherwise, even in class 7-8-9-10,
children have difficulty with decimals or fractions. Concept clarity takes time, but it’s
important to take that time.

There was more than one 'aha' moment in the course. I was thrilled when I could create a song on suno.com. I could compare the different textbooks in notebook LM and draw findings and reasons for a better one to be used in a classroom. I can create resources, analyze data, research on a topic and also create PPTs so easily and quickly with the use of LLMs. The workshop was very useful as the tools introduced can actually be practiced on a regular basis and time can be utilised in a more meaningful and efficient manner
My Misconception Mentor is designed to help educators tackle the top student misconceptions identified through ASSET, a leading diagnostic test. The program has 4 series - primary math, middle school math, primary science and middle school science.
Within each series, the first 2 sessions of Misconception Decoder help teachers investigate and understand key student misconceptions identified by ASSET assessments.
After this, 6 sessions of “Deep Dive: Concepts and Connections” develop competency-based teaching and learning. These sessions focus on effective teaching strategies to prevent misconceptions and create a comprehensive subject framework to guide instructional decisions.
